Description

Infinity Studies & Technical Solution is actively seeking a dynamic Admin Officer to join our team.

Receives Tender and Enquiry request from Skill's team
Coordinates and lead the preparation and submission of Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other tender documents in compliance with client's requirements and industrial standards and other technical work instruction
Creating a compelling proposal that meets the requirements while also standing out from the competition with the guidance the project team
Examine incoming tenders and make a list of the tender deadline, project start and end dates, tender submission instructions/requirements, and manner of submission
Gather tender information and references from a variety of sources, including online search engines, stored data, industry and so on, to submit the tender
Meeting strict submission deadlines
Attend the Technical Clarification meetings and Site Visits scheduled by the clients and prepare a formal response.
Constant and timely follow up on client for the tenders submitted
Assemble and maintain internal tender documents about the tendering process, including tracking management approval for tendering and contracting actions.
Consult with the management for review of the submittals
Liasing with the Skill's Team once documents and submittals are ready for submission
Receiving, Maintaining and monitoring all contractual records, Letter of Awards, including all documentation related to contracts.
Updating and monitoring Contract's requirement, such as insurances and others, and coordinate the same with the Admin and Management Team
Maintaining a list of eligible trainers and partners and ensuring the data and information are precise and updated

Pay:
From AED3,000.00 per month
