- Conduct HSE Siteinspection/audits
- Implement Group HSEpolicies
- Arrange and conduct Internal/externalHSE trainings
- Deal with different businesslines and functions to ensure SGS meet Group HSE Policies,client's HSE requirements and local legalrequirements
- Strive towards implementing bestHSE Industrial practices and meeting the annual set objectives andtargets
- Prepare and present HSE Reports tomanagement
- Lead IncidentInvestigations
- Assist operation teams inperforming risk assessments
- Select and validatethe Quality PPE
- Advice and/or update HSE Policyand Safe Working Methods as required
- Ensurecommunication of safety alerts, legislation updates and changes inHSE to all staff
- Assist for tender'spreparation with operations teams for HSE technicalevaluation
- Deal with the government agencies tocomply with the local HSE regulatoryrequirement.
- Engineering degree isrequired
- 3 – 5 years of experience inheavy industries such as Oil & Gas, ports, refinery,
- NEBOSH and other safetyrelated certifications is a must
- ExcellentEnglish communication skills
- Excellent MSOffice skills
- Ability to interact and influenceall levels of management and staff as well as externalclients
- Strong knowledge of the HSE bestpractices
