    Description
    • Conduct HSE Siteinspection/audits
    • Implement Group HSEpolicies
    • Arrange and conduct Internal/externalHSE trainings
    • Deal with different businesslines and functions to ensure SGS meet Group HSE Policies,client's HSE requirements and local legalrequirements
    • Strive towards implementing bestHSE Industrial practices and meeting the annual set objectives andtargets
    • Prepare and present HSE Reports tomanagement
    • Lead IncidentInvestigations
    • Assist operation teams inperforming risk assessments
    • Select and validatethe Quality PPE
    • Advice and/or update HSE Policyand Safe Working Methods as required
    • Ensurecommunication of safety alerts, legislation updates and changes inHSE to all staff
    • Assist for tender'spreparation with operations teams for HSE technicalevaluation
    • Deal with the government agencies tocomply with the local HSE regulatoryrequirement.

    Qualifications

    • Engineering degree isrequired
    • 3 – 5 years of experience inheavy industries such as Oil & Gas, ports, refinery,
    • NEBOSH and other safetyrelated certifications is a must
    • ExcellentEnglish communication skills
    • Excellent MSOffice skills
    • Ability to interact and influenceall levels of management and staff as well as externalclients
    • Strong knowledge of the HSE bestpractices
