We are now looking for a
call center agent to join our Production team.

What you are going to do:

  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner;
  • Verify company cards information according to a check list;
  • Follow communication "scripts";
  • Enter new customer information into system;
  • Provide customers with 2GIS product and service information if required;
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets;
  • Follow instructions of Call Center Supervisor;
  • Relevant experience of a call center agent of 2+ years;
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic;
  • Readiness to work in a high pace environment.

  • Work type: fulltime (Mon-Fri, 8.00 a.m.5 p.m.)
