. Sufficient Technical knowledge of furnace and melting parameters
. Good Planning Skills
. Time Management
Minimum Education Qualification (Education Degree)
Diploma
Higher Secondary
Any preferred professional training
In-depth technical knowledge of Melting applications using DRI
Professional Experience (Must haves)
Around 3 Years in a Steel Plant as a Melter
Previous Experience/exposure Recommendations
Around 3 Years with a steel plant having a EAF/LF/CCM production route with DRI
Key Performance Indicators
To ensure that all relevant safety , health, environmental management policies & procedures are abided to guarantee employee safety
. To ensure shift production targets are achieved to meet the annual production plan of the section & department
