DESIGNATION:

PROCESS ENGINEER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver process engineering services that meet Bilfinger Tebodin, its customers and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budgetPerform process engineering services such as:

Prepare / Update the Block Flow Diagrams (BFD's), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD's), Cause & Effects Matrices (C&E's), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's)Prepare / Update heat and material balances, hydraulic calculations, process datasheets (equipment / instruments), alarm & trip lists, equipment list, utility summaryPerform process calculations including equipment sizing, line sizing, pump / control valve hydraulicsPerform steady and transient hydraulics calculation using Pipesim, TLNET/TGNET, PipenetProvide process input and support to other disciplines such as instrumentation, piping, mechanical, electrical and HSECommunicate effectively with the process engineering teamPursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline, strive for knowledge growth, awareness and aspiration to grow as a process engineer.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree of Chemical or Petroleum Engineering from any reputed University.

Minimum Experience of 5 years in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and/or Refineries IndustriesCompetent user of MSOffice applications, Aspen Hysys, Pipesim, TLNET/TGNET and PipenetFamiliarity with internationally recognized engineering standards such as API, ANSI and ASMEDetailed knowledge of process engineering design, Process and utility systemsHands on experience of Process Engineering Design deliverables and calculationsFlexible attitude, team player, with good written and verbal communication skills.
