Responsibilities:

Product Listing and Management:
Creating and maintaining product listings, ensuring accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and pricing.

Order Processing:
Monitoring and managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including order placement, payment processing, and shipment tracking.

Inventory Management:
Tracking inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring adequate stock availability to fulfill customer orders.

Customer Service:
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive online shopping experience.

Analytics and Reporting:
Analyzing e-commerce metrics, generating reports, and utilizing data insights to optimize performance and identify opportunities for growth.


Qualifications:
E-commerce Experience: Previous experience in managing e-commerce platforms, preferably within a similar role or industry.

Knowledge of E-commerce Tools: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), online marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay), and relevant software for order management, inventory tracking, and analytics.

Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze e-commerce data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and order processing.

Communication and Customer Service:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a customer-centric approach to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Adaptability and Time Management:
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and adapt to a fast-paced e-commerce environment.


Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Ecommerce: 2 years (preferred)
