Point of Contact for Transformation Programs, project level decisions and governance. Manages team of Transition Project Manages to deliver GBS transformation in time and budget.

Job Responsibilities:
Set direction and create the transformation roadmap with clear outcomes.
Crystallize objectives and deliverables, ensuring highest potential for value delivery.

Work closely with the relevant Functions and Business partners to ensure strategic alignment of GBS projects across the group and businesses ensuring portfolio optimizationManage, track and communicate status of work stream efforts, program risks/issues, and progress towards strategic goals.

Develop detailed project and resources plans, balancing dependencies and setting predicable dates


Job Requirements:
Minimum of 10-15 years of applicable experience managing, supporting and running transformation programs in a global organization.
Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential.

Global/International experience and track record of managing teams and projects across bordersTrack record of successful change and project management to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across global organizations.
