Responsibilities:

Review and Maintain Legal Documentation:

  • Review all legal documents of new trainees, including insurance, bank account details, Emirates ID, passport, visa, and other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure the timely upload of documents in the company's HR system (Bamboo).
  • Coordinate with employees regarding expiring passports and ensure updates are made at least 6 months before expiration.

Support Recruitment Efforts:

Prepare Official Letters:


  • Generate official letters such as training letters, salary certificates, employment contracts, warning letters, improvement letters, and uniform letters using predefined templates.
  • Provide salary certificates to banks as required for employees' salary accounts.

Onboarding and Compliance:


  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome packages, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, particularly those specific to the UAE.

IT Support and Employee Requests:

  • Respond to staff requests related to IT support and provide assistance with computer technology-related matters.
  • Prepare monthly reports regarding employee attendance tracking using Nova system.

Maintain Employee Records and Handle Queries:

  • Keep employee records up-to-date, including personal information, job descriptions, performance reviews, and other relevant documentation.

Legal and Administrative Support:


  • Review legal documents of new trainees and identify any missing documents, providing Arabic translation when required.
  • Keep track of employee advances, deductions, and reimbursements.

Marketing Support:


  • Update marketing content such as presentations and Arabic text as needed.
  • Provide general support with marketing activities as assigned.

Pay:
AED5,000.00 per month
