    • Design and execute sales andmarketing plan specific to each micro market in order to achieverevenue target

    • To safeguard the reputation of EmiratesNBD by employing best practices and acting in a professional mannerat all times
    • To have full awareness of allpolicies and procedures issued in relation to credit lending, moneylaundering prevention and KYC
    • Take an activepart in development of the team of RMs and Unit Managers within theassigned area.
    • On the job coaching and feedbacksessions for RMs and Unit Managers.

    • Sales pitch and closing deals(role modeling)
    • Recruitment of CSRs and RMsinto the team and take active part in promotion of CSRs and RMsthrough their career program plan.
    • developinterview techniques to assess external and internalcandidates.
    • Shortlist AMs ready for promotionto Sr. RM and UM role, PrivateBanking
    • Shortlist CSRs for AMrole
    • Provide the 'ProductDevelopment' team with customer's feedback/suggestions thereby contributing to a competitive productoffering
    • Capacity Planning –proactively review the capacity plan within the area and makerecommendations on the number of RMs / CSRs required within eacharea
