- Proven workexperience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical SupportEngineer or similar role
- Bachelor'sDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar fieldis desired
- 3-5+ years' desktop supportexperience
- One of the following certificationsrequired:oMicrosoft Certified Professional (MCP)oMicrosoftCertified Solutions Expert (MCSE)oCompTIA A+ CertificationoHDI -Desktop Support TechnicianCertification
- Demonstrated ability in desktopsystems design
- Proven ability to offerhigh-level desktop support in an enterpriseenvironment
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10OS, Mac OS, iOS and Android OSenvironments
- Excellent knowledge of officeautomation products and computer peripherals, like printers,scanners, copiers, security access hardware, phones,etc.
- Knowledge of network security practicesand anti-virus programs
- Ability to performremote troubleshooting and provide clearinstructions
- Excellent problem-solving andmultitasking skills
