    • One of the following certificationsrequired:oMicrosoft Certified Professional (MCP)oMicrosoftCertified Solutions Expert (MCSE)oCompTIA A+ CertificationoHDI -Desktop Support TechnicianCertification
    • Demonstrated ability in desktopsystems design
    • Proven ability to offerhigh-level desktop support in an enterpriseenvironment
    • Hands-on experience with Windows 10OS, Mac OS, iOS and Android OSenvironments
    • Excellent knowledge of officeautomation products and computer peripherals, like printers,scanners, copiers, security access hardware, phones,etc.
    • Knowledge of network security practicesand anti-virus programs
