Job Title:IT Cyber SecurityDirector

Location: Cleveland, OH (100% onsite)

The Director of CyberSecurity will be responsible for anenterprise cybersecurity and IT risk managementYou will provide the leadership necessary to manage the risk to theorganization and will ensure businessalignment, effective governance,system availability, dataintegrity, and meet all compliance andregulatory

Responsibilities
Develop strategicplans and procedures for effectively managing the informationsecurity operations. Measure theresults
Approve and assign projects and tasks toInformation SecurityAnalysts thatare designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, andavailability of information technology
Supervise, trainand assess the performance of the staff responsible for thefirewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other systems that aredesigned to protect the network and data from unauthorized accessand
Manage the equipment, licenses andservices including budgetprojections for all hardware andsoftware used by the cyber security
Leadtechnical analysis on investigations,assessments, and compliance-based
Conductregular securityassessments on announced vulnerabilities todetermine their level of impact on company Work with IT Operationsand Development teams to develop plans to address any
Evaluate new cybersecurity threats and ITtrends and develops effective security

Requirements
5+ yrs proven experience in security protocols roundcommercial software development and marketplacedeployment
Technical skills such as firewalladministration, Cloud security (Azure, O365), networkACLs, VLANs, data protection products (backups,SNAPs).
Incidence response planning and execution,including leading table-top exercises with corporate and divisionaldepartments and
Staff supervision, project managementand communications
Forensic and/orinvestigation methodology including evidenceacquisition, processing, and
Ability to communicaterelevant risks and mitigation options in both written and verbalform
Experience with multi-location enterprises withdistributed personnel and endpoints
Bachelor's degree inComputer Science or related field, or equivalent workexperience
