    • Strong Route & Switch experience.
    • The ability to organize priorities to achieve maximum performance cost effectively.
    • Participating in managing all network security solutions, including firewall, and intrusion detection systems
    • Overseeing installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network/VoIP-related equipment.
    • Conducting research and make recommendations on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery, configure networks to ensure smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes
    • Adherence to the IT Operations Division change management, password policy, and utilization of the appropriate mechanisms to maintain the management of configurations for the network infrastructure, practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information
    • Monitor and test network performance, and provide network performance statistics and reports.
    • Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of vendor activities
    • Recommend and schedule repairs to the LAN/WAN.
    • Ensure the confidentiality and security of hospital information through proper utilization of authentication and authorization procedures.
    • Perform daily backup operations of vital network configurations.
    • Provide services across the hospital wireless network via wireless devices.
    • Assign routing protocols and routing table configuration.
    • Identify quality indicators in his respective area and develop a plan for data collection, analysis and reporting.
    • Develop and produce statistical reports as required.
    • Develop, apply, monitor and review auditing policies and requirements.
    • Maintain current and complete documentation for networks components configurations and drawings.
    • Test new versions of software before using it in production environment.
