Experience:


  • Insurance Claim Experience activities 3 to 5 years
  • Caring and Coordinating the distribution of Company vehicles inside the Organization
  • Monitoring the vehicle movement on a regular basis.
  • Knowledge in renewal of registrations of the vehicles timely.
  • Payments of Traffic Fines of the vehicle/equipment timely.
  • Checking of Company Vehicles and transferring the same between the drivers.
  • Releasing the employees from the organization after checking properly their records for any accident/traffic fines during their annual leave, cancellation or termination period.
  • Coordinate with Workshop teams for the maintenance works of all the vehicles on a proper time.
  • Reporting the issues timely to the Management for rectifying the issues without getting any delays.
  • Preparation of warning letters / deduction letters on a timely basis.
  • Maintain proper records for the vehicles and a detailed report for the accident cases including the drivers/operators list.

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
