Our mission is to integrate nature into indoor spaces, enhancing well-being, aesthetic appeal, and environmental sustainability. We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and help us grow our presence further.Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from inception to completion. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Client Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during projects. Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and by exceeding project expectations.
Team Coordination:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Lead, motivate, and support project teams ensuring high levels of performance and collaboration.
Quality Control:
Ensure that project work complies with industry standards, company policies, and client specifications. Oversee the quality of the installed interior landscapes.
Risk Management:
Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations.
Reporting:
Prepare detailed project reports, including financial reports, and present them to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements:
Educational Background:
high school or Bachelor's degree
Professional Experience:
At least 2 years of work experience in the UAE, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the interior landscaping or related industries but not necessary.
Licensing:
Valid UAE driver's license is required.
Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Personal Qualities:
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure
