    JobDescription

    • Develop a thorough understanding ofthe entire scope of work, including plans, specifications,logistics, materials, equipment, submittal and otherrequirements.
    • Coordinate subcontractors andmanage on-site production.
    • Prepare and maintaina three-week look-ahead schedule for all activities on the jobsite; submit to Project Manager and/or Prime contractorweekly.
    • Facilitate company safety program (jobsite safety inspections, weekly safety meetings,etc.).
    • Maintain daily reports to submit toProject Manager and or Prime contractordaily.
    • Review and adhere to projectschedule.
    • Maintain project photos of all phasesand features of work.
    • Maintain entire job sitein neat and orderly manner. Assure good housekeeping practices areemployed in all areas.
    • Manage quality controlby confirming that all equipment and material installed is what wassubmitted by subcontractor.

    TheSuccessful Applicant

    • Construction relateddegree
    • 5+ years of experience in ConstructionProject Management
    • Multifamily experience a bigplus
    • Working knowledge of estimating, bidding,client relations, and trades.
    • Working knowledgeof construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremelyproficient reviewing and understanding all construction documentsincluding specifications and drawings
    • Excellentcommunication skills with various parties including management,subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, andclients.
    • Estimating experience a bigplus
