Responsibilities:
a-Contribute to the Store Sales Performance by achieving the sales objectivesb-Maintain good product knowledge and ensure outstanding customer experiencec-Be proactive in attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with the existing ones in order to generate new business opportunitiesd-Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
