Customer care Executive cum operations support
Duties &Responsibilities

Providing high-quality confidential administrative support with strong attention to detail to the operations & customer service team

Providing introductory information to new customers
:

Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
:
-
Following up with clients or customers to check that they're still satisfied with services
:
-
Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions
:
-
Escalating queries and concerns
:
-
Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
:
-
Coordinates all warehousing and logistics activities with the logistics team to meet customers' project deadlines and targets
:
-
Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers
:
-
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
:
-
Provides support to the sales team for customer development and maintenance
:
-
Applies knowledge of Freight Forwarding and freight structure and operations to resolve problems, make decisions and achieve business objectives
:
-
Track and trace shipments and provide customers with daily or weekly tracking reports as required. Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing
:
-
Proficiency in handling freight inquiries, quotations, and coordination with local, and international clients
:
-
Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, exceeding customer service expectations
:
-
Ensure documents are timely sent to customers for symptoms purpose.
Education and Experience requirements
-Bachelors Degree(Computer science,IT or relevant Subjects),Business administration specializing Marketing or Logistics
-Proven 2 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Administrator, Sales Executive, or a similar role.
-Good understanding and experience in air freight, systems, countries' regulations, and airline and airport operations.
Job Skills and Competencies for this Position
-Good experience in air freight and freighter loadings
-Experience in air freight consolidations and cost calculations
-Proven implementation and continuous improvement results with operations
-Good command of spoken & written English.
-Good PC skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
-Communication skills and Self-development.
Salary
:
Up to AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
