Description
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you'll be at the forefront of the dynamic and competitive real estate market. You'll facilitate the buying and selling of properties, connecting clients with their ideal homes or investment opportunities.

Your role involves understanding clients' needs, researching market trends, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.


Responsibilities:


  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial constraints. Provide guidance and advice on market trends, pricing, and property options.
  • Property Marketing: Develop effective marketing strategies to promote listed properties. This includes creating property listings, coordinating photoshoots, staging homes, and leveraging online and offline channels to maximize visibility.
  • Property Search: Conduct thorough searches to identify properties that align with clients' requirements. Utilize MLS databases, networking, and industry connections to find suitable listings.
  • Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers. Showcase property features, answer questions, and address concerns to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties. Use strong communication and persuasion skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the transaction process from offer acceptance to closing. Coordinate with attorneys, inspectors, lenders, and other parties to ensure a smooth and timely closing.

Pay:
AED3, AED6,000.00 per month
