- Supervise and oversee theoperation/section to maintain servicestandards
- Check on employees'discipline, grooming standards andpunctuality
- Check on guests'satisfaction levels and properly handle feedback andfollow-up
- Perform opening and closing duties asassigned
- Assist the Assistant Manager inconducting daily shift briefings to update and disseminate relevantinformation to restaurant employees
- Assist inemployees' development, counselling and resolving staffconflict
- Report any complaints, incidents orany other irregularities to Management
- Ensurethat operating equipment is maintained and service and storageareas are kept safe and clean
- Help minimizewaste, neglect, breakages and mishandling of supplies andequipments
- Carry out light cleaning andmaintenance of the pantry area
- Monitor qualityof food and beverage products in every order
- Toensure that guests receive the attention and service theyrequire
- Perform trainer tasks and conducttraining for all staff as assigned by Restaurant Manager /Assistant Manager
- To motivate, coach andproject a positive attitude at all times
- Helpmanage employees' performance appraisals and performancelogs
- Able to account and handle casheffectively, efficiently, with integrity and follow established andproper Accounting procedures.
- Carry out anyother duties as and when assigned by the Management of theHotel
- Assist other Food & BeverageOutlets in their operations within peak times whenneeded
- Excellent reading, writing and oralproficiency in English
- Experienced in allaspects of restaurants service
- Must bewell-presented and professionally groomed at alltimes
- Excellent leader and trainer with solidmotivational and teamwork skills
- Attention todetail and strong interpersonal skills to deal with diversestaff
