our company UNO Trading Company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Office Admin cum Sales Support professional to join our dynamic team.
Arabic speaker male, he should be organized, charismatic, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and must have experience in the food industry specifically dry fruits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Assist with order processing, including entering orders, verifying details, and coordinating shipment logistics.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information regarding products, pricing, and order status.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Maintain customer databases and update relevant information regularly.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Contribute to the development of sales support materials, such as presentations, proposals, and product catalogues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and CRM software.
- Detailoriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Must be experienced in the food industry specifically dry fruits.
