Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in facade cleaning, maintenance, and renovation services. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored facade solutions. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential customers, and competitive offerings in the facade services sector. Utilize insights to inform sales strategies and product development.

Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring contracts are favorable and align with company policies and profitability goals.

Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and performance against targets. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- facilities management: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Arabic (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (preferred)
