We are Hiring

Experienced as a Call center agent who is responsible for converting the leads into an appointment.

Leading automotive reselling AUCTIONING PLATFORM in Dubai, offering a COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION package in an EXCELLENT WORKING environment is seeking for an Experienced Vehicle Inspector.

Fluency in English is Must

Arabic is a plus.

Note: preference will be given to people who are on Visit/Cancelled Visa_

UAE Call Centre experience is Mandatory

Responsibilities:

Assisting the sales team in the reporting of daily activities and results.
Managing incoming and outgoing calls.
Take ownership of each inquiry and booking.
Update trackers and generate reports.
Interact comfortably with colleagues at all levels.
Provide support and information to the sales executives when required.
Keep records of all conversations in our company database in a comprehensible way

Qualifications required:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or relevant role.
Contact Centre, Call Center or Hospitality industry is Required
Proficiency in English
At least 1 year UAE Call centre experience is required
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
