Take initiative to learn and understand the process to fulfil the need of the department and at the same time gain knowledge to work independently in the futureSupport the OTC team in processing the customer orders and close sales orders and purchase orders in the system on time -Clear GR/IR and avoid GIT by timely booking of cost invoices and billingCoordinate with Partners, planners and GLSC for the timely processing and delivery of direct orders – Qatar & SyriaSupport / assist in generating the reports and compile the data for the weekly predictive toolTo ensure proper and timely communication to customers regarding supply chain and delivery issuesTo ensure (and clarify in some cases) documentation requirements from suppliers and customersEnsure proper recording of information (SharePoint) related to logistics and to make it available as requiredEnsure that movement of products within periphery of logistics is in compliance with a) export and import rules of Siemens
Requirements:
Undergraduate students or fresh graduate interested candidates are welcome to applyKnowledge of ERP Systems, strong IT skillsBroad understanding of supply chain management and its componentsStrong communication skills, persuasive and influential with logistics partners, good interpersonal skills.
