Executive Secretary

Principal Accountabilities:

Maintain Executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conference etc

Attend Meeting and keep minutes

Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate

Make travel arrangements for executives:

Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure

Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
:

Monitor offices supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost -effective orders
:

Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accesible
:

Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assign
:

Manage Database entry and client files
:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
:

Maitaining Legal requirments concerning administrative documnets, charity law, and company law soon.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:

AED4, AED5,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Executive Secretary: 7 years (preferred)


Language:

- arabic (required)

  • English (required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (preferred)
