Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and talented BIM/Technical Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

As a BIM/Technical Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our design process, utilizing your expertise in REVIT software to create and manage detailed BIM models and technical drawings for our luxury hospitality and high-end residential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive BIM models using REVIT software forhospitality interior design and highend residential projects.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to integrate design concepts into BIM models,ensuring accuracy, compliance with project specifications, and adherence to building codesand regulations.
• Generate detailed technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details,based on BIM models.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct quality control checks on BIM models and drawings to identify and resolve inconsistencies or discrepancies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices withinthe design studio.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and softwareupdates relevant to BIM and REVIT, and share knowledge with the team.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including BIM files, drawings, and related projectdata.
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers and drafters in utilizing REVIT effectively.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling and technical design for luxury hospitality and highend residential projects.
• Proficiency in REVIT software is mandatory. Demonstrated experience in developing andmanaging complex BIM models is required.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards applicable to hospitality and residential design projects.
• Excellent technical skills in generating accurate and detailed technical drawings, includingplans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Solid understanding of architectural and interior design principles and practices.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks andmeet project deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work well under pressure.
