Our client, an international law firm, is urgently looking for a Senior Legal Associate who will be working in their office in Abu Dhabi.

For this role, you are expected to perform more complex assignments, and take on additional tasks such as writing reports, preparing presentations and providing guidance to new employees within the department.

You will be responsible for preparing for closings, hearings, trials and corporate meetings.

You will also assist with fact-checking, making sure that research is relevant to a case and that all the information put together for a case is true.

You will draft contracts, mortgages MoUs, and separation agreements.

Arabic - Fluent / Excellent

To be considered, you should be a degree holder, practicing Common Law and have a minimum of 5 years in service as an associate with exposure in real estate transaction in the UAE.

You should have the ability to interact with the representatives in the courts in the UAE. You are required to demonstrate thorough knowledge of their department's responsibilities and possess advanced problem solving and organizational skills. Fluency in English is highly required and knowledge in Arabic skills is a plus.
Salary package being offered is from AED30K and above plus standard benefits.
