    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Engineer (Europe Nationalist) at Pioneer Engineering Consultancy LLC, located in Abu Dhabi. The Resident Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the planning, design, and construction of assigned projects. The Resident Engineer will also be responsible for coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations, resolving technical issues, managing personnel, and preparing reports and proposals.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in the fields of project management and construction supervision
    • Excellent knowledge of engineering principles and practices, construction methods and materials, and relevant codes and regulations
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other related software
    • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
    • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
