Job Title:
Financial Manager
The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial affairs for a group of companies. This role involves managing financial operations, including bank transactions, payment processing, income tracking, and expense management. Additionally, the Financial Manager is responsible for implementing internal audit procedures.

Responsibilities:

1.

Manage the financial system:
Oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of the financial system for the group of companies.

2.

Bank operations:
Coordinate and manage financial transactions with banks, including fund transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.

3.

Payment processing:
Supervise the process of paying invoices and handling financial disbursements accurately and efficiently.

4.

Income tracking:
Monitor and record all incoming funds, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation with accounts receivable.

Expense management:
Monitor and track company expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and proper expense classification.

6.

Internal audit:
Develop and implement internal audit procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.

7.

Reporting:
Prepare financial reports, statements, and analyses for management, highlighting key findings and providing recommendations for improvement.

8.

System maintenance:
Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure the smooth functioning, maintenance, and security of the financial system.

The Financial Manager plays a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and safeguarding the company's assets.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, financial acumen, and knowledge of relevant financial systems and regulations are essential for this position.

Additionally, the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams is crucial for successful performance in this role.

Salary:
AED6, AED9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- accounting: 4 years (preferred)

- managerial: 4 years (preferred)

- finance: 4 years (preferred)
