Service Steps Application

  • Follows service steps standards from greeting, taking orders, packing orders, presenting bills and giving exact change
  • Takes orders and punches on the POS them accurately as per customers request
  • Cuts properly using the slicer upon customers request

Customer Satisfaction

  • Ensures orders are packed properly as per customers request
  • Handles customers' complaints and makes sure the customer leaves satisfied

Cash Handling

  • Cashes customers' bills properly
  • Conducts total end of day sales through increasing the sales by upselling or suggesting additional items

Cleaning and Sanitation

  • Maintains bakery cleanliness prior, during, and after the shift
  • Maintains personal hygiene all the time
  • Cleans all equipment / fridges and area free of dust and debris

Food Safety Application

  • Applies all guidelines for food safety and sanitation in food handling

Inventory Management

  • Maintains good condition of condiments and utensils used in the section
  • Informs the manager of any shortage in utensils stock

Salary:
AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
