Description
Responsibilities:
*Handling independently all reservation queries online & offline.
*Handling other travel-affiliated products such as Limo pick-up/drop-off, Marhaba services, car hire, hotel accommodation, etc.
*Ensuring timely reporting of documents.
*Handle unforeseen problems and complaints with courtesy and understanding.
Qualifications
*Bachelor Degree
- 2 to 5 years' experience in inbound / outbound hotel bookings as a Travel Agent.
*Perfect English (Additional Arabic is a plus)
**All applicants must be available for personal interview in Dubai
Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
