- Understand how to manage employee relationship and HR compliance
- Have HR system framework and learn system, process and software technologies quickly
- At least 5 years HR working experience, including 3+ year as full function HR or HR account service
- At least 3 years working experience with cross-culture or international HR management experience
- HR project planning / execution experience
- Master degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or equivalent experience is a plus
