Description
We are currently searching for an experienced and highly analytical quality inspector to join our blasting & painting team.

As the quality inspector, you will uphold the safety regulations of our company and supervise the production process to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.
  • Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor nonconformances reports.
  • Control of storage and certification of consumables.
  • Performs qualifications of coating processes.
  • Checks surface preparation.
  • Checks and records atmospheric conditions prior to starting of painting operations.
  • Carries out wet and dry film thickness checks.
  • Monitors observations of the correct coding cycles.
  • Verifies the correct colourcoding and painting.
  • Performs visuals inspections.
  • Performs adhesion testing.
  • Performs penetration testing.
  • Evaluates impact testing.
  • Performs visual checks after blasting
Education and Qualifications

  • Degree of Mechanical Engineer minimum of
  • 5 years experiience as QC in blasting and painting,oil and gas.
  • With Nace level II
  • Nebosh ( optional)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
