E-commerce Manager - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Rajan Trading Co.

Description

• Responsible for developing a strategy and achieving online sales through campaigns for business across online channels.
• Analyse web/app metrics and make recommendations to improve website/app performance including new ways to drive website traffic and revenue opportunities
• Analyse clicks through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and plan for website enhancements, digital campaigns, promotional initiatives, and merchandizing strategies.
• Knowledge in developing and implementing advertising programs and merchandising tactics.
• Ability to analyze category and product trends and translate them to executable strategies.

• Experience with eCommerce operations handling including platform management, payments, and fulfilment.
• Experience working on Magento platform
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and various acquisition channels.
• Experience working on Hybrid app.
• Ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tactical levels with strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking.
• Selfstarter mentality and enjoys working in a fastpaced environment.
• Good reporting ability.
• Experience working on digital ad platforms such as Facebook and Google.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
