Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and oversee the marketing agency's strategic direction, including business planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring that the agency meets their needs and exceeds expectations with highquality service.
Lead and develop a diverse team of marketing professionals, encouraging continual learning and adaptation to changing market trends.
Drive the development of innovative marketing campaigns and strategies for a variety of clients across multiple industries.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions and maintain agency competitiveness.
Ensure the profitability of the agency by managing budgets and optimizing resource utilization.
Evaluate and refine operational processes within the agency to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals, track progress, and implement improvements.
Act as the face of the agency when presenting to stakeholders, attending events, and networking with industry professionals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within an agency environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent client service and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building strong client and team relationships.
Indepth knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product, and service management.
Experience with digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with marketing software and tools.
