We are Greeneration, a technology-driven company that supplies greenery and edible flowers to hotels and restaurants in the UAE.

Our first vertical hydroponic farm is located in DIC.We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing team.

This pivotal role is responsible for strategizing and executing sales and marketing initiatives to propel our business growth, expand our market presence, and solidify our brand reputation.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 7, including sales, pre-sales, assistants, and managers.
Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and potential clients for new opportunities.
Boost brand awareness and market reach through marketing campaigns.
Manage sales and marketing team performance aligning with company goals.
Analyze market trends for growth opportunities and competitive edge.
Control department profitability through efficient resource distribution.
Report regularly on sales performance and market insights.


Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License and personal vehicle.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE HoReCa sector sales, with a proven track record of success.
Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the UAE, with a strong focus on process and people management.
Have coaching experience, and be passionate about it.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and CRM systems.
Deep understanding of the UAE market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Excellent English language, both spoken and written.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in marketing (working with leads, ROMI, customer acquisition costs...).
