Accounts Executive
Account Executive, you will be responsible for acting as a primary point of contact for escalated Customer Service matters. You will also be responsible for managing the client accounts and offering them resolutions while providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Handling inbound and outbound calls needing resolution on escalated matters.
  • Establishing rapport with clients in order to resolve outstanding service issues and/or outstanding payments.
  • Working with other departments to ensure service implementations are applied to client accounts as needed.
  • Meeting retention targets, and engaging in upselling and crossselling
  • Gaining an indepth knowledge of the business, the market and the products/services offered and presenting this to clients in a way they understand.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills including both speaking and writing
  • The ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively
  • A persuasive manner
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Selfmotivated and the drive to pursue targets
  • Resilience and the ability to stay calm when under pressure
  • The ability to think analytically and solve problems particularly when thinking about what would be best to offer a client and in what manner to do so.

Compensation:
Monthly Salary Base (AED 5,000) + incentives/bonuses

Contract length: 24 Months
