Requirements

• Functional and technical businessanalysis experience (Minimum 3 years+) working at a Tier 1investment bank
• Previous experience of workingwithin Agile team, and driving testing management and testautomation lifecycle
• Proven, significant anddemonstrable experience of analysing and documenting businessrequirements for global applications
• Practicalexperience in functional analysis and design, utilising differentmethodologies i.e. Use Cases, Business Process Modelling within anAgile Project environment
• Comfortable operatingin an "agile" development team, self-starting,motivated, good deadline management and communication for delays,slippages.
• Proven, significant and demonstrableexperience of following a structured approach to analysis,including the preparation of all related artefacts (e.g. functionalsystem specifications etc.)
• Project management,change management and time management skills; excellent knowledgeof project life cycle;
• Experience withapplication management and supportprocesses
• Previous experience usage of Oracle,Linux scripting, Git, Jenkins, GENEOS, Control-M,etc.
• Experience in automating the continuousintegration/continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOpsProduct/Service team driving a culture of continuousimprovement.
• Good knowledge of the projectlifecycle and application development process including bestpractice methodologies
• Develop logical andinnovative solutions to complex problems, able to handle crisissituations without any slippage on timelycommunication.
