Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of hospitality staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled professionally and with the utmost courtesy, resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Oversee the setup and preparation of dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with menu planning, pricing, and promotional activities to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to hospitality operations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in hospitality management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development among staff members.
