We are looking for a competent 1st Help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems.
You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.
They must also be patient to deal with difficult customers.might work in shifts.
The below are a must have skills:
- Windows 10 installation and troubleshooting
- O365 basic knowledge
- MS Teams experience
- OneDrive and Sharepoint knowledge
- Netowrk Printer installations and troubleshooting
- Basic networking experience
- Hardware problems troubleshooting
Salary:
AED4, AED4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
