Customer Support Manager in the UAE
Job Type:
Remote at the beginning, full-time
Location:
Dubai, UAE
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Support Manager for a Consultancy company based in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the client and our lawyers, sales, state. bodies in the UAE, freezones
- Monitor the process of opening companies (deadlines, correct filling of documents)
- To interact with all participants in the process to accelerate/normalize the process
- Micromanagement of the client (quick communication with the client and their support)
- Help in optimizing internal processes
- Developing partnerships with registering authorities in the UAE, freezones
- Assistance in opening bank accounts (personal and corporate)
- To be in touch with the head office, to prepare the offer for customers
- Meetings with customers in the UAE
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in law
- Relevant 1year experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge of English not below the advanced level, knowledge of Arabic is welcome
- Knowledge of the features of company registration, opening bank accounts, obtaining visas in all zones of the UAE;
- A clear understanding of the internal structure of the work of the UAE public authorities;
- Attentiveness, initiative and positive attitude
- Ability to build effective communication with the customer
- Aspiration to development
- Ability to work in multitasking mode
- Quick reaction and discipline
Salary:
AED16, AED64,000.00 per month
