Job Description:

• Represent Procurement in cross-functional meetings and projects as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Procurement activities
• Finalize tasks assigned by the management
• Develop and implement category strategies for the Bio Medical category, including supplier management, sourcing, and procurement processes.
• Ability to negotiate with the Distributors, as well as with the Manufacturers
• Technical and commercial review, contract review
• Facilitate cross-functional strategic sourcing and supplier selection; work closely with stakeholders to align and ensure the selection meets the needs of the healthcare facilities.
• Ensuring procurement activities are compliant with group procurement policies and ensure processes and documentation are compliant with audit requirement

Requirements:

• Having a minimum experience of 5 years as Procurement Executive/Buyer for Bio Medical category
• Procurement background at group level
• Procurement professional certifications (CIPS/CPP or equivalent)
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Power point presentation
• Working with the oracle/IT team in related to implement and system upgrade
