Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Create compelling visual content, including videos, graphics, and posts using Adobe tools.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
  • Handle client inquiries and communication through social media platforms, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Assist in sales activities, including lead generation, followups, and closing deals.
  • Prepare and manage documentation such as quotations and invoices for sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in social media marketing or related roles (freshers with relevant coursework are welcome).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, for content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and experience in handling client interactions is advantageous.
