Responsibilities:


  • Analyzing all the staff shortages in the different outlets on a daily basis with the Operations Manager and Hiring Managers.
  • Identifying the nature of recruitment (Replacement or New Joiner).
  • Ensuring that all areas (Corporate or Operations) are covered with a necessary workforce as per the annual budget.
  • Preparing job descriptions alongside line managers for required positions.
  • Post Job Ads and Headhunt through various job portals.
  • Conducting onboarding for all new joiners before their effective joining date.
  • Maintain current department & Company organizational chart for the actual workforce and keep it updated
  • Responsible to open a new file for all new joiners and creating joining reports on the database
