    Education andExperience:

    • Proventrack record with at least 1015 years of experience in businessdevelopment sales or a related role with focus on distribution ofAutomation Networking and Communication products.
    • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth andachieving sales targets in previousroles.
    • Substantialexperience in the industrial data communication and automationsector is highly desirable.
    • Previous experience in leading and managing a businessdevelopment or sales team.
    • Experience in contributing to strategic business plansand initiatives.
    • Proven ability to alignbusiness development strategies with overall companyobjectives.


    Responsibilities
    :

    • Define and deliver agreed businessdevelopment objectives that are consistent with the companiesvision goals and overall business stagey.
    • Develop new verticals and tap into new geographies toexpand the business growth.
    • Identify list ofopportunities in target markets / sectors for company its productsand services.
    • Maintains and updates businessopportunity pipeline in CRM and updates on weekly basis.
    • Setting goals and developing plans for business andrevenue growth by Researching planning and implementing new targetmarket initiatives.
    • Identify and pursue newbusiness opportunities to expand companys marketpresence.
    • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders including customers partnersand industry influencers.
    • Collaborate with thesales technical and marketing teams to create effective strategiesfor promoting and selling our products and services.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industrytrends potential areas opportunities. Analyse competitor activitiesvendor comparison and other distributors with same businessline
    • Present product demonstrations andproposals to potential clients showcasing the value and benefits ofour solutions.
    • Achieve and exceed the newbusiness targets by effectively managing the sales process fromlead generation to closing deals.
    • Negotiatecontracts and agreements with clients ensuring favourable terms forboth parties.
    • Develop a network of contacts toattract new clients research new market opportunities and overseegrowth projects making sales projections and forecasting revenue inline with projected income.
    • Stay updated onadvancements in technology and industry standards related to ourproduct offerings.
    • Increase market share bywinning new customers in target markets in the region MiddleEast.
