As Sales Delegate, you will be responsible for ensuring the excellence of the Hermes image in the points of sale and in the Hermes Store in Travel Retail.

- GCC (UAE, QATAR, KUWAIT, BAHREIN, OMAN, KSA)
- INDIA (MUMBAI, DELHI) AND MALDIVES
- LEVANT (LEBANON, EGYPT, JORDAN, CYPRUS, IRAQ)
Principales activités
Excellence of Image in retailer Point Of Sales and in Magasins Hermes in Travel Retail
- Ensure excellence of execution of the permanent Image of Hermes for all type of distribution in Travel Retail of its area (Hermes stores, Personalised space, generic stores) following the strategy defined by the Area Manager by following up with local teams and conduct regular market visits
- Anticipate and implement the Visual Merchandising guidelines following the marketing plan, including: order and set up of Visuals, Point Of Sale Materials, planogram and definition of the stock need per each store as well as ensuring to receive pictures of the implementation
- Prepare and implement the store openings or refits
- Plan the animation (targets, promoters, products, Point Of Sales Materials) and ensure excellence of execution of the animation in Point Of Sales, following the trade plan recommendation done by the trade marketing manager and produce animation reports
- Make sure the novelties reach the shop on time as per the creation plan and ensure a successful launch as defined in the Trade Plan (Visual Merchandising, commercial activations, training)
Manage and motivate Beauty Consultants
- Define the skills of the Beauty Consultants needed in function of the business strategy and type of clientele per store
- Recruit BCs according to the Hermes expectations (values, attitude, team spirit)
- Train, integrate, empower the BCs and create a strong team spirit with the other BCs and with the store management
- Share objectives, evaluate, and animate team and individuals to ensure sales performances. Define local incentives
- Coach and ensure the excellence of service, BCs attitude and grooming
- Define profile and recruit of the promotors team for animation. Set and share target. Define incentive
- Budget follow up on BCs and promotors investment (define commissions amounts and bonus per BCs to the office in charge of payroll, temporary promotors invoices vs planning) Ensure the partnership with agencies
Train and convey the Hermes excitement to all different sales team
- Learn and integrate all the training modules provided by International Training and work in collaboration with the local trainer to be able to deliver local training to all the local sales staff (BC, Hermes staff, promotors & generic staff)
- Collaborate with our local trainer to execute the Training Strategy for
Travel Retail:
identify priorities, implement assessment and roll-out a new Beauty Consultant development program
- Organise the yearly Travel Retail Seminar in coordination with the training department
- Feedback to the Area Manager and International trainer your training activities and report needs or best practice of competition
Manage Travel Retail Operations
- Suggest, verify, and process the customer orders in coordination with the Area Manager, inline with the budget and needs of customers.
- Make sure all the requested Point Of Sale Materials is ordered. And make twice a year the POSM Forecasts.
- Coordinate with Logistic team in France and Customer Service.
- Manage the Expenses and Budget related to the Travel Retail activity (animation, BCs)
- Calculate monthly commissions of Beauty Consultants and share them with the retailer
- Handle the credit notes in accordance to the process and make sure they are received by client on time
- Manage the reception of invoices (animations, BCs salary, sales rebates ) by processing them, sharing them with accounting and followup with the yearly budget
Profil:
You have a successful experience in commerce and retail.
Attention to details & multi-tasking
Responsible and willing to take responsibilities
People oriented with leadership skills - assertive, patient, able to manage many Beauty Consultants across several countries, according to the Hermes values
Passion for fragrances, cosmetics and for the Hermès Universe
