  • Establish a management control system, based on the directives and plans established by the board of directors, which allows the evaluation of the hotel's progress;_
- _

  • Prepare a general budget for the approval of the chairman of the board of directors;_
- _

  • Manage, monitor compliance with the approved budget, both production volume and expense control;_
- _

  • Respond hierarchically to budgetary services;_
- _

  • Promote the implementation and enforce orders and internal procedures for all operational areas;_
- _

  • Promoting participatory management methods and training, enhancement and professional promotion programs, as well as guaranteeing the best standards of professional discipline;_

_ Job Requirements:

_:

  • Higher education in Hotel Management, Management of Tourist Companies or equivalent;_
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in the sector._
  • Availability for national and international travel;_
  • Strong results orientation, positive attitude and focus on solutions;_
