Your main responsibilities will include:


Campaigns

  • Create & coordinate marketing promotional activities to generate an increase of footfall and sales across all locations.
  • Promote our products and services through creative marketing strategies.
  • Execute marketing campaigns on time, briefing and communicating clearly to the necessary teams.
  • Track & report the performance of all marketing campaigns, making KPI targets.

Digital

  • Supporting the Marketing Manager with content planning, creation and execution.
  • Connecting with influencers for collaborations and coverage.
  • Maximizing all digital channels outreach and visibility.
  • Define, track and review success metrics of conversions on the website and social media channels.

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Developing new partnerships & collaborations with other brands & influencers, that align with our target audience and brand image.
  • Define, track and review success metrics of conversions.

Production

  • Creating promotional materials with our designer for monthly campaigns and business objectives.
  • Coordinating production with suppliers to deliver on time and up to quality standards.
  • Supporting and coordinating installations of signages with suppliers.

Events

  • Organizing activation setups, briefing and coordinating with the necessary teams.
  • Promoting the brand at events.

Skills Needed
-
Ability to copywrite is a must, presenting evidence of writing for social media, blogs or other marketing communications, with a great eye for detail.

  • Ability to develop creative briefs.
  • Ability to create Google Ads campaigns is a plus.
  • Must be able to multitask and manage projects with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and build relationships with partners.
  • Proactive, 'can do' approach to tackling projects and challenges, with the ability to work independently.

Salary:
AED12, AED17,500.00 per month


Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • Marketing: 4 years (preferred)

Language:


  • Arabic (required)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (preferred)
