How You'll Make a Difference

You will be responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing all product related creation and support services. Overseeing the life cycle of products such as exams, credentials, membership, standards and learning products.

Role Profile Description

• Responsible for the dayto day development and/or operation of a product.
• Coordinate workplan and prioritize tasks for the product area.
• Provide guidance and support to product owner and development teams through build, deployment, and ongoing product lifecycle.
• Provide support for escalated issues and questions.
• Receive and consolidate feedback, develop, and implement action plans to address (escalating to Product Owner as appropriate).
• Implement processes to effectively manage the product ecosystem including identifying gaps, potential spaces to retire, etc.
• Work with key stakeholders to enable collaboration and improvements to product design and continuous improvement.
• Work with managers from other areas to drive actions, generate ideas and provide support.

What You'll Bring to the Role

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent work experience
• 58 years of experience and related management experience
• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Strong knowledge of applicable business areas, the supporting technology architecture, and applicable processes
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle
• General understanding of professional services vendors and related management
• Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Ability to set expectations and direct the work of others
