Description
We are looking for female Front Desk Receptionist for Portofino Gentlemen Lounge. Ukrainian/ Russian language is must.


Responsibilities include:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the salon
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate barber
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule appointments
  • Keep updated records of expenses and costs
  • Perform payments
  • Female only

Experience:


  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Ukrainian/ Russian (required)
