    Our client is one of the biggest and renowned legal firm in middle east. They are looking for a Marketing and Strategy Executive to join their firm and on a day-to-day basis support in his/her duties:

    Strategy Responsibilities:

    • Sector Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyse the Legal sector, identifying key trends, opportunities, and challenges. Stay informed about the activities of key stakeholders and other arbitration centers.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the companies objectives and the broader arbitration industry landscape. Ensure strategies are adaptable to changes in the sector.
    • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategic plans, tracking their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the progress to senior management.

    Marketing Responsibilities:

    • Marketing Execution: Implement high-level marketing plans that align with the company's strategic objectives and brand guidelines. Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all marketing initiatives.
    • Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with marketing suppliers, ensuring timely and high-quality marketing materials and service delivery. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and monitor the quality of service provided.
    • Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders to determine their marketing needs and ensure they are incorporated into the overall marketing strategy. Provide marketing support for companys initiatives and events.
    • The Strategy and Marketing Executive must balance these duties, ensuring that strategic objectives inform marketing efforts and that marketing campaigns contribute to achieving strategic goals. This role offers the opportunity to shape the company's strategic direction and strengthen its presence in the legal sector.

    Requirements:

    You will have experience working in the public and/or third sectors and several years of experience of overseeing business organisational activities, and should:

    • Be a self-motivated team-player;
    • Possess strong inter-personal, time management and administrative skills;
    • Have excellent attention to detail;
    • Write clearly, persuasively and concisely;
    • Have analytical and evaluative skills;
    • Have an organised approach to work;

    • You will be expected to continuously look for new ways to lend support, propose improvements to benefit the company, and provide cover for other staff as and when necessary.

    Minimum requirements:

    • High command of English and Arabic. Fluency in Arabic is required.
    • Excellent skills in organizing, prioritising, and coordinating
    • Tact and discretion in dealing with clients
